Pigeon crossing?

Saw this, loved this.

I don’t know what it is about this maybe it’s the fact the pigeons are being rebellious by standing on the main road, saying look right but just doing their own dam thing.
I captured this moment on the streets of Brick Lane just off Aldgate Station on my travels to university.
Just a day with me and the camera where I was shooting in places on which I normally just over look.

I’m telling you everyday people complain for example: ‘ oh pigeons are so disgusting and dirty’.

Fair play, but these pigeons weren’t harming me and ending up helping me and something ‘ugly’ came out beautiful and humble.

So what I’m trying to say is even though something might be not pleasant to look at and we ignore these things everyday, step back and take a moment. Soak up what is really around you and take advantage of your eyes and you might just be amazed at what you actually see.

Again, with most if my black and white images I’ve taken on a non digital camera with black and white film then developed in a Red Room and air dried. My favourite type of photography the unknowing until developing is the thrill I love.
